Anyone watching GSP vs Penn tonight?

I'm super pumped to watch this. This fight has got the potential to be one of the greatest fights in MMA history.

I'm a big GSP fan, I actually got a chance to meet him last year, really cool guy.

I rewatched their first fight last night and GSP took a beat down in the first round, didn't do a whole lot the last two but did enough to get the decision. BJ was a different fighter than, wasn't doing any extensive training and came in kinda out of shape and basically gassed half way through. GSP on the other hand is a different fighter since his loss to Serra, and his last fight with John Fitch showed he could go 5 rounds with no problems. This fight is tough to judge.

I'm thinking it's gonna go 5 rounds with a GSP decision.

I'm sure it will be good, but after watching Emelienko beat up on Arlofski, I don't think it will compare.

True, that was great knockout. Fedor is a beast. I actually couldn't see what happened when he hit him, it was so quick. I love how calm he is both before and after fights.

GSP and Penn, both kinda cancel each other out with their skills, which makes this so hard to judge, but I think GSP's takedowns in the first couple of rounds will dictate the fight. Taking down BJ is easier said then done, so we'll see what happens.

Wait a minute, isn't Tommy Morrison fighting in a MMA match tonight?

What's up with that? On some Indian reservation where the state cannot regulate the medical testing?

The Fedor knockout is going to be VERY hard to top. I'm sure this will be a great fight...but that knockout might just be impossible to top. I've never seen someone hit a mat so hard and so fast...with his face.

Oh yeah haha, that was definitely an amazing knockout. I remember it well. Up there in my top three.

Wow, did GSP ever beat Penn down. That wasn't even close. Beat him so bad he had to quit. This after Penn, basically called GSP a quitter for tapping to Serra. Penn got beat so bad he didn't want the 5th round to start.

Anyone hear what happened in the Morrison (former heavy weight boxer) MMA fight that was the same night but different location?

Anyone going to be watching UFC 100 this weekend? I'm stoked to see some of these fights.

I think GSP Vs Alves is going to be a hell of a fight. I'm hoping that Mir can take out Lesnar again, but it's going to be a tough task, Brock is one large man. I also think that Bisping is going to surprise a lot of people and take it to Hendo.

I don't mind Bisping but Henderson's gonna take him to school, I think he'll win with a straight right k.o.

Hard to bet against GSP, he's a freak of nature.

Looking very forward to the Mir Lesnar fight. Couldn't believe how much Mir's boxing had improved when he demolished Noigera. I reckon Mir will get an arm bar from the bottom in the first.

Who else is in the card?

I'll be away from home so won't get to watch it til about 4 days after, will be a looonnngg four days.

Damn, Bisping got knocked the $$%% out! He'll be seeing stars for a while, Henderson's got some serious power. The Lesnar Mir fight was a bit of a dissapointment though.

So what was the verdict between Lesnar and Mir. I fell out of the loop. Id like to know how everyones favorite 280llb monster is doing.
