someone asked up higher if a foam windscreen would work outdoors on the oktava - heres the answer: NO.

Yeah, I tried that once. Not so good. That's what made me pick up a BBG.

well, i actually use my oktava with the foam screen quite a bit - but ONLY indoors, and ONLY for static-ish shooting (i like that it makes the mic very small - nice for small rooms).

outside though, or for hectic swinging, its USELESS.
