Mixing PAL with NTSC footage

Hey,

I am really in need of some help/advice with mixing pal and ntsc footage.
I have be using mainly footage from a PAL hvx which was shot at 720 25p, and also some of my footage which was shot on an NTSC hmc150, some at 720 60p, and some at 720 30p.

So my question is:
Is the best way to do this to have a 25p sequence in final cut, and convert the 60p hmc footage to 30p in Compressor, then use the Nattress Standards Conversion plug in with Final Cut to import the 30p hmc footage into the 25p sequence?
Or is there a way of doing it with the mix looking acceptable without using the Nattress plug in?

I'd really appreciate it if someone could get back to me on this asap because I have a tight deadline to work to and I need to start cutting!

Please can someone help me with this, I have just tried using the Nattress filter on the 60p clips and they go into slow motion...and if I first convert the 60p in compressor to 30p and then use Nattress to put them into 25p they go into slow motion still....is there a way that I can mix this 60p and 25p footage I really need to be able to!

Thanks for your help. It is gonna be outputted to pal, and there is probably an equal mix between the hvx and hmc footage. What settings should I change in compressor then to stop it going into slow motion when I convert into dvcprohd25?
