Headache:
I'm in post after a live shoot: have to mix two camera's footage.
A CAM: HVX shooting 72024PN
B CAM: Sony shooting HDV 1080/60i at 29.97

the 'artsy' idea was to play off the difference in the footage. but now i've got, well, issues.
ideally, I'd like to conform the HDV to the 720 23.98 timeline and edit in that environment, because the HVX footage is more important (and looks better, natch)
i know how to conform the size & ratio, but not the frame rate and compression codecs.
deadline. help.
