okay, I found plenty of ways to convert video to a uniform frame rate, but for this project, I don't want that. I have some 24p and 30p footage, along with 60i archive footage that looks like "news" footage, and I want to keep it that way. How do I preserve the 60i "look" in a 24p sequence? I've seen plenty of show that pull it off.
