mixing footage from different lenses

I'm using a DVX100 with the anamorphic adapter lens and wish to cut in footage shot through my .7x century optics lens. What do you guys do to match the aspect ratio from anamorphic footage to something like a fisheye or any other lens that is not widescreen?

You have to squeeze it in post or, if you're unsqueezing your anamorphic footage for black bars for a 4:3 TV, then you'd need to letterbox your fisheye/.7x footage.
