Mixing E and A Series P2 Cards

I currently have two A Series P2 cards and need to buy another, larger card or two. The E Series cards require a firmware update but should last a long time depending upon frequency of use, plus they are about 1/2 of the cost of A Series P2 cards.

Are there any problems using both A Series and E Series cards together in my HVX-200a? I'm getting beautiful footage consistently now and would like to continue to do so.

Other than the firmware update and the relatively shorter card life, are there any other problems with E Series P2 cars?

No, E series cards are functionally identical to A series cards. The only two differences in operation are that the E cards can offload faster and they have the shorter lifespan.
