Mixing ADR for Exteriors?

I'm currently editing a film that requires ADR. Does anyone know what kind of filter I should use to make the actors sound as if they are outside? I've already got outside ambient noise mixed in.

Thanks

The first step is to record them in a very dead space, if the recordings have any "room" on them they will be near impossible to put outside, though "worldizing" would probably work. Since "outside" isn't very specific your not going to get much useful advice.

There is an example on my Web site under "film clips" of an ADRed scene that is out doors.

Yes, dead space, and keep the mic far enough away so you don't get any "presence" effect.

Then, roll off highs and lows.

It it sounds too clean, add a little noise. Should work nicely.
