I have two different source of video
one coming from the panasonic HVX 200 - filmed at 720 24 PN
and the other one from a VX 2000 NTSC 720*480
I work on a standart DV NTSC Timeline on FCP-
importing both-
I decide to work with bars on the screen- So I keep the original frame from the panasonic
and I adjust the DV footy-
for that no problem-
the problem is when I play the 720 24 PN....
For sure the look of the image are different from the DV but still there's something strange. it's hard to explain...the image ate less "fluid"...
If I watch frame by frame , every 4 frames the image is played two times.
I think it comes from the fact that the panasonic images are 23.98 fps on a 29.97 fps timeline....
How can I convert the 720 24PN at 23.98 to 29.97 ?
