mixing 24pa or 30p with standard 30FPS interlaced

hey - just wondering what the best method might be to match some interlaced footage with either 24pa footage and /or 30p footage?....Does Magic bullet do this....or After effects?.....which magic bullet the "editor" version or the suite....the suite converts to 24p....with or w/O the pulldown? the editor just adds a look correct? I'm sure this has been discussed before but couldn't find the thread.

Magic Bullet Suite is the one that does 30 to 24 film look, but it is SLOOOOOOOOW!
