I use the mackie 6306 and it works great. i use it to play into my avid im sure u can use it in the field.

Yes, if you are on a budget. It wont last if you are going to carry it around with you, from gig to gig. I have a smaller one and it does the job and sounds decent, but it does get pretty warm and the level meters are stuck, not working. Just over a year old. Sounds great though.

Beringer makes some really feature packed stuff for really low prices. You will not find the same features from mackie for even twice its price.


Soundcraft, Now that is some good stuff. But pricey. :o
