Probably not without substantial modification to the RR baseplate which as far as I know, cannot be adjusted up or down.
 
you can mount it on Redrock rails however you'll need to mount it "snorkel up" which is the opposite of how you see it mounted for the most part. You'll need a second set of rails as well to do this properly if you're planning on using a follow focus or mattebox.

I'm using Redrock Rails and the Lex with no problem.

I do plan on a follow focus/mattebox eventually, and more rails = more money, so maybe not a good idea. Do you have any rails that you recommend? Would a RR FF be compatible on only redrock rails or any 15mm rails?

If it's mounted this way will the image be recorded the right way up?
