Hi, I'm hoping you guys can help me out with workflow for best results.

I just shot a piece for a model railroad. I shot with a Panny HVX200 using 1080i/30p. Well into the shooting they wanted some slo-mo so I shot 720/30pn overcranked.
Question is what's the best sequence setting to work in?
Everything seems to work fine in either one I'm just wondering which one will be better on output.
This will be going to Blu-ray and DVD.

Also, if I may, in the video playback dropdown if got a choice of 1080i 59.94 or 1080PsF 29.97. What's the difference?

Thanks

I would edit in the a 720 30p timeline. FCP should automatically reduce the size (not quality) of the 1080 footage to fit in the 720 frame. This can give you some re-framing options with the 1080 footage too. You will also have to make sure you have conformed your slow-mo footage to 29.97 in order for it to playback in slow motion.
