I have CS4 on my Mac Pro and was trying to apply the 3D Shape Extruder by Jerzy Drozda Jr from creativecow.net, to some text. When I do the effect parameters appear but they don't affect my text. On the top it says Missing
S:3D Shape Extruder.
What does this mean? What do i do to fix this? I tried asking on the cow site but got no response
