Minimum Requirements for realtime

Hi,

I finally got my HVX. Now I´m testing the Edius Broadcast trial to make my move and buy the software.

It works pretty neat in realtime except when using 3D transitions and effects. I like the software, and I´d like to know if buying the Edius SP card would make my comp run all the software features without having to render.

My current config is a Core 2 Duo 3 GHz, 2GB RAM.

I'm running Edius Broadcast with the same specs and edit a lot of DVC Pro HD material. The only things I have to render are the 3D transitions, which I hardly use or when I have applied a heap of filters, which I hardly do.
I think probably the best benefit you get with one of those cards would be real-time HD out for previewing and with the SP card you'll have balanced audio.

I love Edius, I just wish it had a better motion tool and masking capabilities.
