MiniDVs are too clean, may I have some grain please?

I'm working on the zombie project for the fest, and I like how the footage turns out. But I feel it is too clean. I want some grain, but I don't want to put Misfire on it, because it is way too much. I just want a subtle grain for my footage.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you try any of the grain filters?

Duplicate the track and add the grain. Then lower opacity of the upper clip and see if you like it.

Many other type of tricks too...
