How do mini-DVDs compare to regular ones for widespread compatibillity? If I give out minis at a trade show, am I going to frustrate a lot of prospects?
I don't see how they would be any different from full-size dvd-/+r's. They will play in most set top DVD players. I would be worried about if people will view these smaller discs in slot-load players like Laptops or Car Dvd players as some slot-load players don't like being fed these size disks. Although it is hard to tell if most professionals will view the discs on set-top dvd player or their laptops. To be safe I'd go with regular DVD's for the tradeshows.
