Mini DV Tape Cases

Hey y'all im completely new to this site although i think its awesome, you guys have amazing insight. Over the years I've lost cases for a bunch of mini dv tapes and now have tapes sitting in a box without cases, does anyone know where i can buy regular plastic cases for mini dv tapes? Thanks

but in all seriousness, not sure if there are any places you can buy the actual tape cases, but I have a bunch of these that I keep my tapes in (in their indiv. cases though), they probably wouldn't snap in like a tape in its case would, but it should offer protection and organization if that's what you're looking for.

ive been having lots of tape issues lately such as tape rolls and pixelation usally its at the start of the tape and goes away about a min into the tape. but lately lots of tapes give me this issue all the way through the tape and at times no tape gives me a problem. im just wondering if its the amq ayhdvm63amq tapes? or is it a camera issue? anyone have a problem with these tapes? any advice would help.

The DV version of those tapes are excellent. I've not tried the HDV/DV specific model number you indicate, but I would expect those are pretty good too. Assuming the tapes are new and you are experiencing intermittent problems as you say, I would suspect the video heads in the camera may be dirty.
