Have any of you seen or heard of this group before?

This is NOT The "DV Film Festival" (affiliated with DV Expo West / DV magazine) being held in LA just days before this one. They appear to be "coattailing" that larger and more nationally recognized festival.
I'm just wondering if they are legit or are just a ploy to collect your $15 entry fee.
Since I plan to be in LA for the DV Expo and festival, why not stay a few more days for this one? Provided it's legit.
Anyone know?
