Hey - thanks in advance for any replies to this question. We've got a feature that was originally shot in 24PA on the Panasonic DVX100, and have sold the Italian distribution rights. The distributor is asking for a PAL Digibeta master, with the original dialogue on tracks one and two and the music and effects on track three and four. We already have the music and effects and dialogue separated on the timeline, so my concern is how to set up the project and render out to four discrete tracks. This will make it possible for them to dub the film in Italian.
What is the best way to set up our project and render this to a hard drive for delivery to our post house? We would like to render both in a PC-based codec (AVI?) and Quicktime to give the post house options... Please, any advice is appreciated as our time frame on this is small...
