wow, that's powerful stuff, and to think that I kept putting it off because i dont like boxing movies, lol guess i had nothing to worry about ;D
Hilary Swank is really amazing, and considering what else has come out, i'll give her best actress (didnt anyone mention im in charge of the acadamy now?) And i dont see clint NOT getting a nomination for direction. This is probably the "best" movie i've seen all year, maybe not my favorite but...

I saw it Friday by myself, saw it a couple of hours ago with my sister, and plan on seeing it next weekened with my parents. Yeah, it's that good.

I've been thinking about it off and on for the past day. One of those films that hits you and slowly sinks in and peels itself. I think I'm gonna catch it again with my girlfriend.

i saw the trailer and i dunno, it doesnt seem to be all that great. i guess i just have to see it? it seems like a lot of movies that come out. the trainer making the boxer as good as they can be while acting like they hate them while really loving them...?
it seems like its a big hit, but then again, so was Nap. Dynamite, ugh.

yeah, not sure if I saw the trailer, but i didnt want to see this because i didnt want to see a boxing movie, girl wants guy to train her, but he doesnt want to, she convinces him and together they conquer the world...
but thats not what its about, in fact about half way through, boxing isnt even a main focus.
