i just received a cartoni focus 100 fluid head and miller 1505 tripod as a gift. This is my first pro tripod. my problem is that the wingnut/ cup adapter with the threaded rod on the bottom of the cartoni head just floats thru the 100 mm ball on the miller sticks. This does not enable me to fasten the head to the sticks. Am i missing some type of rubber gromet or something. The head and the sticks came from both 2 dealers 3000 miles apart! Please help...
