Miller Ds-20 tripod and Sony EX3 - shaky

Hi, does anyone else use a Miller DS-20 tripod with carbon fibre legs with an EX3 camera? I love the tripod but have problems with the camera's lack of stability when mounted - all it takes is to touch the tripod handle and you can notice the shake when you transfer the footage and watch it full-screen.

Not sure what the best solution for this is - does anyone have any suggestions?
