Miller Compass 12 or Miller Compass 15

Does anyone know the difference between the two, besides the price?

I believe the 15 gives you more selections for pan and tilt drag, and additional counterbalance options.

Thanks Stephen. Do you think the 15 is more suited to an AF100?

I wouldn't say it's "more suited" than the 12, simply because they share the same load capacity rating. It's really about having additional settings for drag and counterbalance, I think. Having checked out Miller's Compass heads at NAB, I'd say you couldn't go wrong with either. The decision is really down to budget, I'd say. The AF should love either head.

Thanks. Now to come to terms with the fact that it's cheaper for me to buy it (with postage) from the states, than it is to buy here in Australia. Funny seeing as it's an Australian tripod.
