Plus 24 is the distributor for Sanken, and I've had them repair lavs for me before. Look them up. I believe they are in Hollywood. I've actually been there a few times. For your NTG3, contact your local dealer or distributor. At least that's what the Rode website says. A place like Trew Audio, Location Sound Corp., Gotham Sound, or Pro Sound Services should be able to get it fixed.
