Microphone Question & Sound Effect Recommendation

[ladiesman217]

Along with filming my first short, I found a cool sound collection, that was able to enhance all my clips with stuff.

Anyway, i found it on youtube, definitely helped me out.

I also, have another question, what is a good microphone to record interviews? I don't want lapel microphones.

One of my favourite boomed mics for close in dialogue work and interviews is my Senn. MKH50

Hand held mic or a mic on a boom?

Mic on a boom is the preferred way I'd like to go about shooting.

For indoor interview the AT4053b is a great choice. I don't think there is anything better - at that price.

Thanks, i will look more into the recommendations.
