If you are asking about adjusting the mic. level in a G3 system......

Go to the transmitter and adjust the sensitivity to match the use - it will be different depending on wheather the person is speaking loudly or quietly - you need to set it so you get good signal modulation without distortion or overload.

Instructions are in the User Manual.

Then - go to the receiver and set the output lefel to match what you are connecting it to.

Again, instructions are in the User Manual.
