Mic Suggestions for Senn G2 Wireless Lav?

I've decided that the standard mic that comes with a G2 kit isn't good enough. So, what's the next step up? It'll be used in a variety of settings...indoors, outdoors, wind, rain, under clothing, etc. I'd like to stay under $500.

I upgraded to the Countryman EMW and never looked back.

It is a huge improvement.

EMW is the go to cheap but pretty good solution; aka Best bang for the buck.

Sennheiser MKE 2-ew - tiny, very high quality, comes complete with clips & accessories and is within your budget.

It also has an "umbrella" diaphragm to protect it from moisture and has the correct connector for the G2 systems.

It's *much* better than the ME2 supplied with the kit.
