Mic Options for Sennheiser G2 Lav??

I'm doing my own audio on a doc. I've been running a me66 camera mic and one G2 wireless. I'll typically, either throw the mic down on a table if there's a meeting or clip it someone for an otf or scene if i know one's coming.

I'm trying to consolidate my gear, as I'll be filming on a small plastic boat for 40 days as it sails across the Pacific.

Does anybody know of any optional mics that i could run into the Sennheiser transmitter? Maybe a boundary mic of some sort for planting around the boat?? Preferably something that I can but a windjammer on and make relatively waterproof.

Thanks everyone!

MKE 2-ew is probably the best bet.

Great tie mic.

If you use a bit of tape and stick it to a flat surface, it becomes a boundary mic.

You can protect it from the wind with Rycote Overcovers or Furries.

It has an integral "umbrella" diaphragm to help protect t from the wet.

I hope thsi helps.
