Mic/headphone on HPX300 question

In the specification of the HPX300 there are no numbers on the impedance of the XLR input. Is an electrovoice RE50 N/D-B (omni interview) mic which has an impedance of 150 Ohm suitable for the HPX???

What should the impedance be for a headphone ?

150 to 600ish Ohm mics will be fine. As the spec doesn't specify output level, or include a warning NOT to use 8Ohm headphones, then I'd take this as a guide that anything will work - however, going over 50Ohm or so may well not give you enough volume. My JVC and Sonys really aren't loud enough on 400Ohm headphones, the Panasonic will probably be similar.
