Messed up all of the windows! Help

I am slowly but surely learning Premier CS.5.5, along with a few of the other programs in Pro Premium. I was working on a clip just now when I accidently messed up the placement of one of the windows within Premier, while trying to fix it, I screwed up the timeline Window along with the Source viewer. Is there a way to restore everything back to its normal spot? I'm a bit lost.
