Merlin adjustments lockable?

Hey Merlin users. Once you have the Merlin set up and balanced for your specific rig do you need to rebalance everytime you tear the rig down or are the adjustments lockable and ready to go each time?
 
You always have to trim it a bit for a minute or so but otherwise it's lockable. Word of advice get very accurate weight measurements of you camera, batteries, extras and use the online calculator it will save you so much time.
 
The blue rollers wont move, just make sure you stick the dovetail back in the same place each time. Also make sure your camera is setup the same, if you forget to stick a tape in, it wont balance right. Its very sensitive.
 
one of the many rules of thumb for steadicam stuff is to trim and re-trim for every shot.
with that said, hoarp is right. but with minor imperfections, you'll still have some minor adjustments every time. it's normal
