Mercury content of larger CFLs

I've got some large CFLs - 75 watts and larger. They look like house CFLs on steroids! Do they contain more mercury than standard CFLs and require special handling if broken or disposal?
 
Don't know where you are located, but here in Washington State, all flos are considered hazardous waste and are not supposed to go in the landfill. Where I live, we have free recycle programs instead.
