Medium Format Converters

Does anyone have any experience with these converters, and can make a recommendation. I have a ton of Mamiya medium format lenses and it seems a waste to not use them if this converter is a viable option.

I am doing in-depth testing of the Pro-Optic 645 D.O.F. adapter made by Winston Vargas and sold at Adorama. The only thing I have an issue with is the flipped image. Maybe this week I will send for the flip module from Letus. I have a hunch that it is going to work with the adapter. If it does I will start shooting stuff to post in this site with them together.
Flipped image aside, the footage is awesome. The GG is 2 ¼ by 1 5/8 inches. Focusing is fairly easy. It performs at a medium format lens quality level.
