Media Manager ?

I would like to copy a project i am working on to my Powerbook with the Media Manager. My question is once i get it edited on the road how di properly place it all back on my G5 ? Will the manger copy the render files, subclips etc and such to the proper locations once back on the G5.
 
It lets you define where files are going. So if you build the same folders and tell it to go to the same place then there you go. And there is an option at the top of the media manager to include render files during the copy/move/whatever.
