Media Manager Question

I've recently added another storage drive just for audio/video project media and project files and I am now running into problems with Media Manager. It's not detecting the moved files after multiple file search updates (both new files only and all files). I'd like to clear out the entire media library and start over, but have not been able to make it happen.

Doe's anybody here know how to clear out the entire media library without removing and reinstalling Vegas 9?

Thanks,
Marc

Marc, do this (kludge) to automatically update your library with the new location.

1. Select all of your offline media in Media Manager.

2. Right click on the selected media and move your mouse slightly.

3. This will cause the Resolve menu to pop up.

4. Navigate to the root folder where you media is now stored and select Search (or maybe it is called Smart Search). It should quickly find all your media and update your library with the new location.

Thank very much for your detailed reply. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I haven't had internet access since attempting your fix.
