Ok, just watched this film last night and I must say, it was very interesting to say the least. It's a quirky ride, and has a lot of oddities that make it a very enjoyable movie. It's won tons of awards, and caused a huge splash at Sundance. I love the acting, it really brings you into their world. John Hawkes is amazing, and even though he is more known as a supporting, minor character in most big Hollywood productions, he really shines through here.
The movie is directed by Miranda July, who also plays in the movie. It's a strange journey that focuses on childhood and the yearning of what the future has in store. The last line of the movie really sums it up. Anyone that gets a chance to go see this should, here is a link to the website with making of, trailer, photos, and interviews: http://www.meandyoumovie.com/.
