Mb looks and vegas pro 8.0! help please

How you doing dvxusers.
This has never happen before but i think i pressed something or changed a preference by accident.The problem is that when i use mb looks and the timeline cursor is on one frame of the clip the video effect only effects that one frame and no other frame in the clip.
