Mattebox and/or Sunshade for Anamorphic Adapter

Hey all,

Does anyone know of a mattebox or sunshade (ideally w/ french flag) that fits onto the Panasonic 16:9 adapter attachment?

Also, does anyone make lenses that are compatible with the 16:9 adapter?

You can get a flexible Matteblox for the anamorphic adapter, or you can get the Chrosziel 411-53PK (which requires a modification to the anamorphic, involving shaving off the lens hood).
