I own this Mattebox for my DVX100A, and I have found that when shooting full wide the bottom right and sometimes left corner of the image you can see the mattebox! i have the device correctly installed on my camera with their 72mm ring so what do you guys think the problem is????? :dankk2:

They make two rings, a thin and standard. If you use the standard and have a UV filter on it will definitely vignette under Z12-15. Even with the thin ring and a filter you may get some vignetting uder Z-9-10. With no filter you may have to use z-5

So you are saying i can never shoot Z00 with this mattebox attached to my camera? :furious3: :crybaby:

With the standard lens you can if you want vignetting in the corners! If you shoot with a wide angle adapter like the Century Optics .6 or .7 the matteblox does not attach to the front of the adaptor. Instead you slip it over the lens and snug the velcro strap around the lens body. The lens sits in the middle of the shade and you can avoid vignetting but use the French Flag attachment to provide added protection from stray light.
