Hey All,

Matrox announced they won't be supporting any of the rtx10/100 products with CS3...has anyone come up with a work around or a way to get Premiere CS3 to recognize these cards?

thanks--

well, Adobe still recognizes the Matrox DV, but that may be because it's the only dv port i have on my computer.

it will not do any of the real time effects that it's supposed to, nor can i capture in anything but DV...video or s-video connections allowed it seems.

My work around was to dump the RTX100 from my system a long time ago. I have never missed it (or made a better decision).

cs3 works with rt.x100

cs3 works with rt.x100

i've tried to make cs3 works with rt.x100

copy and install manually this file and directory:

from premiere 2.0:

C:\Programmi\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US\Matrox Video
(all this directory)

C:\Programmi\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US\Editing Modes
(in this directory the file "RTX Editing Mode")

wen you start premiere cs3 choose new project choose MATROX (2nd tag)
