Matrox Parhelia 256MB VS Parhelia APVe

Ok, so I'm torned between these 2 graphic cards the prices are:
Parhelia 256MB (around 500€)
Parhelia APVe (around 300€)

I'll be using it to edit HDV/HD footage on premiere pro 2.0 and after fx. I'd like to know if there's anybody there who tried them both or that tried one of them? Do you think it's worth to pay the extra money for the Parhelia 256MB?

I have the data sheets right here:
http://www.matrox.com/mga/products/tech_info/pdfs/general/AV_datasheet.pdf

But it's always better to hear from people who actualy used these products, not from the people who want to sell it.

To make things a bit more interesting lets throw the Nvidia Quadro FX 1500 and the FX 560 into the mix.

I'm using the FX-540, which I guess is the prequal to the FX-560.

Both the Parhelia APVe and FX-540 where approved cards for AspectHD, which I use to convert HDV to an HD Digital Intermediate.

For the money, about $250US the FX-540 is a great card. It provides a real time 1920x1200 out to a 24" LCD computer monitor via DVI, and 1920x1280 out to a 42" plasma via a component breakout box.

The reason I chose the FX-540 over the Parhalia is because I also use SoftImage XSI and the 540 has respectable OpenGL support for 3D.

I have not used the FX-560, but I would imagine that it should be a better card than the 540.

Isn't the Quadro FX1500 quite expensive?
