Matrox or other?

I currently use the Matrox RTX2 SD and it works pretty well.

However, I just purchased 2 new Panasonic HPX500 HD cams, so I will have to upgrade from the RTX2 SD version to the HD version. But before I do, I'd like to get some feedback on other options.

Do any of you have any experience with any of the competing products?
