I am currently running final cut with my audiofire 4 out to some studio monitors and am looking into purchasing the MXO2 mini to get HD monitoring going. My question is this: will there be a delay between the video on the HD monitor and the audio through the audiofire? if so, will I have to send rca audio out of the MXO2 and into the audiofire and then tell final cut to send audio to the mxo2 as well as video?
If the default is both audio and video being sent to the MXO2 then I guess there would be no problem in re-routing and just having another set of sliders to play with in the audiofire console software.
