Hi I was wondering if someone with a matrox mxo can look at their power adapter and tell me what the model number is?

I have a mxo in storage and unfortunately I have mixed up the adapter with various other adapters and need to know which one belongs to the mxo.

If you have a picture that would be even better.

Thanks so much in advance.
