Hi There,
I just ordered the Blackmagic Decklink HD Pro PCI-e card and very excited to install it.
However, I'm using the Matrox Parhelia APVe PCI-e card and the Blackmagic site says that Decklink HD does not support Matrox graphics cards. Has anyone tried these yet in combination with the Blackmagic anyway and any luck? I just bought my APVe a few months ago and have a 3 monitor set-up going and love it but I don't want to have to lose that option for the Blackmagic.
I also have a Nvidia GeForce 6800XT card installed in the 2nd PCI-e slot on my motherboard which I have my 3rd monitor set-up to. It allows my 21" Samsung 213T 4:3 monitor to be resolution and screen independant from my two Viewsonic VA1912wb 19" widescreen monitors.
One of the cards has to go and I'm hoping it's the Nvidia since it's only a $160 card and my Matrox was close to almost $400.
Any suggestions anyone?
