I will be shooting my WestFest entry in 24PA on my DVX100A in 16:9 squeezed and will be editing in Vegas Pro 9. A friend of mine is doing an animated title sequence for me, and I just want to verify what settings and format she should use for her final render.
I believe I should ask her for
720x480, 1.2121 PAR, 23.976 fps. Is this correct? Or would it be 874x480 with a 1.0 PAR?
I believe she will be doing this in After Effects, so if I tell her to just use the default NTCS DV Widescreen template, will that work and save us the worry about missing a setting?
Also, any recommendations for output format? It's mainly just white text on black, so I was just going to ask for a WMV or quicktime .mov.
