Matching color from different shoots

Hello all! So I am trying to rebuild my Instagram page and as I add samples I notice that nothing matches. I see other people's samples on other pages and they match perfectly. How are these people getting such similar footage from different days?

I have tried FilmConvert but it still doesn't even get close to matching.
