Marshall XLR 4pin 12V Pinout

I want to hook up my Marshall monitor to my Tilta plate.

I made a 4pin XLR to DC cable with the following pinout on the XLR:

Pin 1 = Negative
Pin 4 = Positive

No connections to pin 2 and 3.

No dice. Is this the correct pin-out for Marshall monitors?

I am an idiot. I haven't used my Tilta plate in so long I forgot you need to turn it on. :|

The pinout above is correct.
