Marshall Viewfinder flicker

Just got the Marshall V-R70p-hda and I get Sync Like hits or blips for a few minutes when I first plug it in to my FCP and or Hvx. Plus I get a bit of noise on the screen from time to timeHas anyone else had this prob?

...it's a well worn discussion here.... do a search. You may have to contact Marshall to get it resolved.
